In the interest of ensuring equal opportunities in access to higher education and supporting the active participation of persons with disabilities in academic life, on 2 June 2025, the Minister of Science and Higher Education issued a communication regarding the amount of subsidies granted for 2025.

The subsidies come from financial resources allocated for the implementation of tasks related to creating conditions that enable the full participation of persons with disabilities in the admissions process for degree programs and doctoral schools, as well as in the processes of education and scientific research.

The purpose of the allocated funds is to support universities in eliminating educational barriers and strengthening the academic community's capacity for inclusion and accessibility.
