The nature and types of conflicts
A conflict takes place when at least two individuals, who are mutually reliant, possess goals, needs, aspirations that clash with those of the other party. In response, these individuals take actions aimed at altering their situation.
In every conflict, we can distinguish a series of elements that constitute it. Understanding the dimensions that create the conflict allows for comprehension of crucial aspects in the situation of a dispute and, additionally, points to the tools that should be employed for their resolution.
